Drill #1
TSM Complex passing exercise (or TSM Tiki Taka)
Objective: quick movement and passing within the set up of 3 midfielders.
Coaching Points:
- always play correct pace/foot
- show for ball (quick) and keep passing lanes open
- play at correct angles/distance
- always supporting player
- 1-touch as much as possible (all passes on ground)
- communication
- keep shape
Player 1 plays ball to player 2, who plays ball directly to player 3 (comes in support of player 2)
Player 4 also shows for ball. Player 3 plays ball to player 5, who dribbles to position of player 6. Player 4 takes position of player 5, player 1 takes over position of player 4 to make sure the shape (3 midfielders) is regained.
Drill #2

Player 1 plays ball to player 2, who plays ball directly to player 3 (comes in support of player 2)
Player 4 also shows for ball. Player 3 plays ball to player 5, who plays directly to supporting player 4. Player 4 plays 1-2 combination with player 5, who plays to player 6. Player 6 starts the exercise again from opposite side. Player 4 takes position of player 5, player 1 takes over position of player 4 to make sure the shape (3 midfielders) is regained.

Players are free to make own choices and passes, as long as player starts at player 1 and ends at player 6. Player determine own rotation but midfield shape of 3 players must be maintained.
